Last Monday in LiaoNing, Robert Schellenger was sentenced to death after being found guilty of attempting to smuggle 222Kg of methamphetamines from Guangzhou to Australia in a container. His case went back on trial, even after a 15-year sentenced had originally being imposed, since new evidence was presented to the court which justified a revision of the sentence.
