It defined nothing ex cathedra, (which John XXIII and Paul VI explicity said) Which is what ll Ecumenical councils have done. It was attended by six protestant ministers from whom Paul VI took advice on reforming the liturgy. To me he represents those who are red hot enemies of God and His Church.
