The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) has approved Benin, Djibouti and Rwanda to join the organization. The Board of Governors made the announcement Saturday during the last day of its annual meeting, bringing AIIB's total membership to 100. The board also elected Chinese Finance Minister Liu Kun as chairman, and decided to hold the bank's fifth annual meeting in Beijing next year. Huawei has begun to undermine the special relationship between the US and UK. Washington claims that Huawei is likely to spy on Britons. But Huawei has offered an anti-spying accord with the UK. And what’s more, US tech giants Apple and Google are unwilling to sign such an accord. Rick Sanchez explains.
