This is a very good session. However the background score needs to be toned down. At certain points it's louder than the speaker and one has to strain their ears to listen.

Women are more gentle than men and have the innate motherly nature.  They are best in the health professions because they will take good care of patients.  Men are not very good in this field.  Unfortunately, most women don't handle stresses very well.  Service industries are fine because most clients prefer to talk to a soft female voice than to a man.  Irregardless, both men and women have their own strengths and weaknesses.  For any industry, it should be merit based and not quota based.
