The greatest significance of the Belt and Road Initiative is encouraging political and cultural dialogue among countries, former Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd told CGTN while in Beijing for the Belt and Road Forum. But as it is still in its formative stage, the scheme requires patience, Rudd said.
Chinese provincial governments have had some input in Belt and Road cooperation, but it is the enterprises that do the actual work. One sector with a lot to gain is energy, with the scheme presenting enterprises with fresh opportunities. How can governments both encourage enterprises to join regional cooperation and spot who would be interested?

China help the needy country to build the infrastructures that is needed like roads, bridges, especially railroads so their economy will grow. We have to thank you to China for doing this hopefully USA, Germany, Japan, Canada, Australia and other rich countries can join OBOR to strengthen this initiative.
