Russia and China coalition/partnership is a perfect platform for bringing economic growth and prosperity. Russia should focus on terraforming technology and develop a collection of tools leveraging the latest in agriculture science for poor farming lands. The purpose is to develop high yields of food. Next Russia should market inexpensive improvements to housing, power, basic utilities and infrastructure. These upgrades or installations should be cheap to make by Russians yet be capable of improving existing infrastructure. Russia's neighboring countries have resented Russia's approach and much stems from Mongol military victories and invasions influencing Russian conduct. However direct military wars are cautious ventures of any nation. If Russia can improve its neighbors incrementally, it will have a booming economic industry from that and improved relationships from its often rebellious and resentful border countries.
I'm glad , two of the largest counties RUSSiA and CHINA are together keep up the good job now they are the strongest than any other on earth maybe thing will change for the better for all mankind . USA is a lost country without any hope .
