When the cold war ended and Russia turned democratic, the world supposed to come together and have more cooperation, unfortunately, the attitude of the west toward Russia was appalling. Over the past 30 years, Russia has changed a lot, China has changed a lot, but the West, considering itself the winner is still stuck in the cold war mentality and ideological mindset.
