Bannon is a great strategist and still steers the narrative. 69 daved jone daved jone 6 months ago I am a black guy Steve Bannon is absolutely right the black unemployment the Mexican Hispanic unemployment is low in California how do I know? I've been working with a lot of stores for almost 20 years..... for last 3 years there're a lot of minorities working..... Smartest guy in politics. Notice he spoke without an errant word for 40 minutes...no notes, all spontaneous. Magnificent! 80 Ajahn Davids NPU Ajahn Davids NPU 6 months ago The students generally came off looking weak, especially the kid who said, "You are irrelevant, aren't you?" That was pretty rude. His questions were rambling. Bannon did a good job. Very interesting! 65 Cody Vector Cody Vector 8 months ago Privileged kids at Oxford who are totally oblivious that THEY are the Elite. 179 DrPepper DrPepper 8 months ago It's as if the students asking questions haven't listened to anything he's said and continue to ignore his answers while pushing forward with their preconceived notions. It must be frustrating to have his words fall on deaf ears. 173 Bobby Bee Bobby Bee 1 year ago Thank you for putting Bannon up. I thought he was a racist fascist when he helped Trump and was an editor but that was before I bothered to listen to him and I have to admit I was totally wrong about him, he is not talking about race or division he is talking about the elites taking too much from the working class, which is a left wing concern as well the last time I checked. He is against wars which the left used to be against as well. He is against the financial bailout of the rich and powerful banks. He sounds like a liberal to me but at least these are three thing most on the left and right can and should agree on. I wish we would all stop hating and smearing each other, we have to respect each other to be fair to everyone and prejudging our political opponents is as bigoted as prejudice based on any other characteristic. 818 ManInTheBigHat ManInTheBigHat 8 months ago When I first heard Bannon speak I thought, "This is the guy my "Liberal" friends think is evil?" He makes good sense. 325 Jalabar Jalabar 8 months ago All of the audience asking questions to Bannon kept saying "I disagree" with no explanation why. They brought nothing to the table. Rich kids in Oxford care only about "Rich kids in Oxford". 134 Matthew Mangiaracina Matthew Mangiaracina 8 months ago Bannon: Gives overture about global economics and geopolitics and history and its implications First question from interviewer: So are you a racist? 418 Kaif Kaif 3 months ago How can you not a at the very take you're hat off this man, may not aline with his train of thought but the charisma and straight forward honestly is admirable. 23 Haz_mort Haz_mort 1 year ago I didn’t know bannon was talking at the union until i heard about the protests. Funny how the left has just drawn more attention to bannon by protesting. One for once im thanking them 109 benito tommassi benito tommassi 8 months ago 50:30. Yes, they are students. Far left, over priveleged, entitled, hormonal, angry students with little or no life experience and desperate for a cause. No one with any intelligence listens to them. 135 minxymissy1 minxymissy1 8 months ago This is the first time that I've listened to Steve Bannon. He is calm, polite and honest about his own views which I respect. The students would do well to learn from his demeanour as they clearly came to attack him and not to be open minded and learn regardless of whether they eventually agreed with him or not. They are shut down to actively listening to other views which is damaging, dangerous and disingenuous. This is the problem that I witnessed working in an inner London secondary school. The pupils were not taught how to think critically, they were taught what to think. I got into so much trouble with colleagues who were giving a one sided narrative that was empty of actual facts, even though I lean left in my politics. For example, one history teacher was giving a lesson on fascism, he put up three photos on the board, Oswald Mosley, Mussolini, and Hitler. The fourth photo was of the newly elected POTUS Donald Trump. He proceeded to tell the pupils that Trump was a fascist because he wanted to build a wall to keep illegal migrants out. I couldn't keep quiet and pointed out that Bill Clinton had actually built a wall, therefore, his picture should be on the board as well. The pupils were amazed by this fact and wanted to know more which he shut down very quickly. He reported me to the senior management saying that he was concerned for my mental health and that I shouldn't be working with children. Needless to say that I called him out on his dishonesty and his lack of a backbone for not engaging the pupils in a genuine debate using provable facts. He has never spoken to me again...fortunately! 216 Dominick Efrim Dominick Efrim 8 months ago The youth asking some of the questions seemed like pompous little snots. This was their activist spot light. This is the problem with the left. No one can just put the emotional accusatory attitude to the side and just have a conversation. 56 David David 6 months ago The “image” the Main Stream Media had portrayed of Steve Brannon is one image, but this presentation paints another picture. 92
