Taiwan is already independence from the PRC and has been since 1949. If the PRC doesn't like it they can attack today but we all know they don't have the balls to do it.

US sold outdated nearly 50 years old technology single engine F16 to Taiwan. Even Malaysia has twin engine F18 which they already plan to retire. US will not likely sell Taiwan the latest weapon technology in case cross straits ties warm.

You don't have to fight China, you should be fighting the US. They don't care about you, they just want to be sure to create more problems for China like they did with HK. You are Chinese and/or Asian so you should know where you stand in the world. China is a peaceful country. The US is making money from Taiwan. Wake Up!

The US will help Taiwan to fight the mainland to the last Chinese on earth! If Japan or even South Korea is dragged in the conflict, it would be better still. China, Taiwan, Japan, SK will be mutually destroyed, leaving the US free hands to destroy Russia afterwards. It is unclear if Taiwan is ever wised up, even looking at how the US has thrown HK under the bus and punished HK after the NSL. Stupid Taiwan indeed!
