Expressions on his face is not clown , I think he is inside music and he images every melody then express about every touch , to me he play piano with all his strong passion and heart !! He was only early 20 when this concert on , his 20 years hard work very well paid off !!!! Good on you Lang lang !!!

After 3 years later , I am watching this concert again, it is still one of the most beautiful concert, wonderful full volume of Orchestra sound , beautiful concert Hall , Lang Lang's butterfly flying fingers movement and very delicate beautiful expressions on every note , on the top passionate expressions with body and face !!!   His brilliant accurate touch technique , beautiful sensitive tone , powerful dynamic rendition !!  I can not ask anymore  !!!!

Do not compare wit h other artist , everybody born to be different , please  respect for  artist beautiful music and their hard work  , you can not simply criticise them because jealousy , ignorant of classical music !!!          Umi

La plus sublime version que j ai entendu du Piano Concerto no 1 de Chopin  , merci vous etes génials Lang Lang tu vivais dans le Coeur de Chopin quand tu l as interprété , et l Orchestre et le Chef d Orchestre et bien entendu le Francais CHOPIN , wow une composition Historique comme ton 2 ieme Piano Concerto et tes Nocturnes , merci Frederic le génie ! Quand j écoute ta musique Chopin je vois plein d Oeuvres Impressionnistes , c est sublime , comme Monet Cezanne and  friends Camille Pissaro and Guillaumin and Renoir and Sisley and Post Impressionnist Van Gogh and Paul Gauguin , merci et j entend aussi du Claude Debussy et plusieurs autres ..................
