People welcomed the first China Railway Express freight train at the Ankara train station in Ankara, Turkey on Wednesday.
The 820-meter long train with 40 carriages departed from the northwestern Chinese city of Xi'an and would travel 11,500 km to Prague, capital of the Czech Republic, as part of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).

Same type of train I have seen in past in 2017 sended from China to London and now again the China's second International freight train was on its journey to Prague.

So it travels 11 500 km in about 1 Ms (1000 ks), for a speed of 11.5 km/ks ... seems kinda slow if most highway speeds are 25 - 30 km/ks or so...

@MrA Don't know much about Turkey, but I find it strange that Uighurs claim that they're related to people in turkey, but historical record show that came from Mongolia in the 8th century, also ancient murals show diverse peoples and cultures in xinjiang, never was it a country call east Turkestan in ancient times, there were many small kingdoms in ancient xinjiang, but were by Jan, Tang, Yuan & Ching dynasties.
No one can deny these historical facts
