It is not China, rather the USA or western want to dominate the world. Kissinger still keeps his old mindset or double standard: whatever or whenever USA has done, no matter how much wars USA had (since WWII 7 big wars have been declared by USA) and how much population were killed by USA's "correct" wars, were all right, and all other kinds of model, system and success are potential dangerous or harmful to western, especially to USA.

By the way, China doesn't belong to its 1.4 Billion people . China's wealth , resources , people owned & strictly controlled by Communist Party of China . Therefore, we are dealing with Communist Party Of China all the while , instead of people of China wishes. President in China is elected by few thousand of Communist Elite Representative ,not 1.4 Billion of people of China. I hope we see this biggest different with the rest of the world of demicratic contries.
