Get  this western stooge off TV. So how does that work? You sanction the country by preventing food and medicine from going in and punishing the people, meanwhile sending aid in? This is a CIA operation to send arms in .I wouldn't accept aid from any western countries, remember they put cement in the milk in Cuba that made kids sick, hoping the people would turn on Castro, but it didn't work.
