So we know for sure now that the "country of law" pronouncement by Trudeau and Freeland is BS. This means that Canada's decision to arrest Meng is purely a hostile stance by Canada towards China, to curry favors with Washington, but on top of being tariffed on Canadaian steel and aluminum by the US, Canada is also banned from participating in US infrastructure projects. Trudeau and Freeland really have to have their heads examined.

Does a nation have the 'Rule of Law" or not? If the 'Rule of Law did not work in the Huawei case in the first instance of governments' agreeing to violate her Liberty and to bring unwarranted charges against her, it is the most clear indication that the 'Rule of Law' more likely than not, doesn't exist for those nations. [The Professor takes an amoral position in the Huawei case that is indefensible, because, the stance lacks certainty in justice that the 'Rule of Law' demands]. The 'Rule of Law defines what is right and what is wrong. And right is rewarded and wrong is criminally punished. We have the right, because, we are doing right and no one can interfere with us while we are doing right. The Ten Commandments are the foundation for righteousness defining good and just law. High Civilizations such as China have codified in their historical legal system of laws that are consistent with the Ten Commandments, even though those laws may not be called the Ten Commandments. The United States, U.K., France, Germany, and Canada used to have the Ten Commandments codified in their judicial system. These nations carried with them the high degree of moral authority and their laws, for the larger part, reflected and strove for this truth. Unfortunately, we can no longer make that claim. Among the aforementioned Western nations crime among the oligarchy and government is so rapaciously corrupt, that, they do not know right from wrong any more. And the Western Oligarchs will not be punished or be subjected to account before the 'Rule of Law,' because, the justice system is filled with police, lawyers, academics and judges whose cosmology rejects the 'Ten Commandments' --- the foundation of all good Law and Justice. Leave me alone with the Huawei case. There are protocols when it comes international arrests, and China is invited to follow them. SNC-Lavalin is asked to be pursued towards a more recent law that will chase the cronies of it without having it's 20 or so thousand employees lose their jobs. China has snatched two innocent people as an hostage situation (we still have no whereabouts of them). Westerners have fought tyranny and the Holocaust and we defend our legal system, and there's a reason Trudeau's behavior is called a scandal at home. Don't make propaganda over it.
