The US isn't giving Guaido control of Maduros Venezuelan bank accounts. Guaido is just a figurehead! The US is seizing/stealing Maduros bank accounts to be under total US control. A latge portion of that money will probably immediately be diverted to Trump, Bolton, Pompeo, Pence, Mnuchin, Abrams and Putins personal bank accounts.
