How nervous should the West be about China?

The vast nation is pouring money into Africa, taking over reefs in the disputed South China Sea, and engaging in a trade war with the US, raising Western concerns that a more assertive China could alter the power balance on the world stage.

The money is certainly flowing to China, as same as it does flow back, when the Chinese people want to travel or to buy expensive things from abroad.

The Chinese did work a lot for their success. Their hard working ethic is a super power in our world that is based on money. With every new generation China will change. As same as any other country, which changes a generation of politicians.

Why should west   worry of china or any other country, for that matter? Did Asia and other regions worried about west, despite of destroying the world through colonisation , wars and invasion? Do we bother the numerous army bases of the west in Asia and Africa? Development and progress of a country should not be interpreted as a threat to the world. After china , India is going to rule again.

China is doing its best to be the best. The West however are afraid of losing political leverage globally through trade, afraid of losing the USD as a global currency and afraid they'd lose all the influence they've gained by illegally establishing their influence in governments of other countries. China is doing the right thing for itself and has never harmed any other country through military encroachment. The West should stop its hypocritical shit politics.

If China starts waging wars in different countries around the world, places over 100 military bases in other countries, and establishes Chinese colonies then I would start getting worried. Oh wait, hasn’t that already been done by the west? Why is no one worried about the chaos and destruction that western countries have ravaged upon the world?

Why shouldn’t China develop??? We are far away from the idea that Chinese goods are not durable. Take a closer look at what we have at home, chances are most, if not all have Chinese manufactured components. While the super powers are busy waging wars and destroying other countries to show who’s boss. China has shows so much progress and it's time now we show China the respect it deserves. In the 90’s we were told that China and India were going to be the next big economy. Look where China is now. We can complain about their communism and socialistic views, but its hard to ignore the fact that China has a bigger stick now. Isn’t that what it's all about???
