China's Belt and Road Initiative is the most ambitious infrastructure project in modern history. It spans over 60 countries and will cost over a trillion dollars. The plan is to make it easier for the world to trade with China, by funding roads, railways, pipelines, and other infrastructure projects in Asia and Africa. China is loaning trillions of dollars to any country that's willing to participate and it's been a big hit with the less democratic countries in the region. This makes the BRI a risky plan as well. But China is pushing forward because its goals are not strictly economic, they're also geopolitical.

I notice one thing, the majority of nations China builds infrastructure in are poor and corrupt nations that can ill afford the infrastructure that the Chinese are shoving down their throat, an example is Pakistan you fail to talk about the very fact that the Pakistan government brutalizes the Baluchistani people whos land the highway runs through, the Pakistani government literally murders and rapes the locals in order to build the highway, the Baluchistan Province and basically enslaved to the Punjabi dominated majority. Pakistan is so busy spending money on terrorism and corruption. Pakistan can never pay back the loan and the Chinese will enslave these nations.
the chinese literally created millions jobs for poor countries, but all western media see is "they're trying to control the world by "economically invading" third world countries, the Chinese wants WAR!" uh no, just stop, it's called "we don't want any trouble, let's be friends, here's my snacks, wanna share." and yet, the Americans have military base all over the world, Japan, Korea,middle east, the Americans spends over 600billions dollars on military each year, and oh all of a sudden "they are self defencing, they can't be the bad guys, they're just helping poor countries. no it's called " I'm ready for war." BTW pray for Middle East
I am an indian but absolutely ADMIRE China...The west is about destruction and mayhem and NOT GIVING RESPECT to individual nations. China is exactly opposite....its about Construction and harmony and GIVING RESPECT TO INDIVIDUAL NATIONS...Its not in China's blood to disrespect others but its in western/white blood to ALWAYS disrespect others and mock other...Just can't wait for the day when India + CHina would be TEN TIMES the entire western civilization and the entire west would sheer TREMBLE in their pants :)
