Well, I'll be surprised and disappointed if China isn't already planning some vast railroad/highway infrastructure project!  This seems like a good one.  Lots of traffic, Koreans taking vacations in China, all kinds of stuff to transport!

It's my understanding that DPRK has the highest level of equality in the world, and five per cent growth (last I heard), which is already pretty good.  If they can have less military industry and more flow of materials and products... I'm predicting a boom, an economic miracle kind of thing.
