The U.S. should avoid making a huge mistake: President Trump should attend the May 14–15 Belt and Road Forum in Beijing, China, to join other world leaders to discuss building great projects together. This would be a tremendous boost to the U.S. economy, which is tied to the failing Wall Street paradigm. Forget finance as a source of growth: get out there and build our productivity, through infrastructure and science!

Funny how China is only rising and they will be helping to eliminate poverty throughout the world. How long has US been a Superpower? And nothing has been done in the third world. All the benefits have been going to the West through controlling the middle east (oil). Not to mention what has the west done to Africa in the century of colonialism? Yet they never help build even a city in the modern era. All you have is blood diamond incidents where the West takes advantage of Africa again. (and all they do is tell Africans to not do deals with China. really Hilary? How stupid do you think Africans are?) But China came in looking at Africans as humans not victims, doing business deals with them building roads, highways, hospitals, schools, infrastructure so that they can form cities and create an economy for themselves. China isn't doing it out of the goodness of their heart, they aren't doing charity, They are doing BUSINESS with Africa but they empathize with Africans.

Well, the US warmongers don't like that. If all the money to to build things, there will be no money for them to bomb stuffs.

This is a human being project rather than a national project, isn't it?

join those suckers to build roads etc, what the hell's gonna happen to our arms industries, who's gonna buy our arms and who's gonna support our various terrorists groups we created. This is a bad idea and goes against the ethics of war. we need to promote our war machines and not your so-called developments.

American politicians always look down on Chinese development. This is the main point and most terrible stuff.

The US, capitalist control the government and run the country. In contrast, the capitalist cannot influence Chinese government.
