This is one of the most important reasons for the supremacy still of the US Dollar, but is not the only reason. A lot of "Americans" don't "realize" many things, most just love to believe the CNN, Fox News, ABC, CBS, and the rest of the alphabet media companies, working to brainwash most of the "Americans". This will end very soon. The other important factor contributing to the "strength" of the Dollar, is the fact that the USA after being in the winning side of both WW1 and WW2, they have managed to create the World Bank, good only to control and impose sanctions to other countries and to get the economic support of most of the world, being able to "buy" things with NO money, in a broken USA-economy.

If America goes down for any reason - we ALL go. It’s a universal economy and America is the backbone of world innovation especially in computer tech/IT. Sidenote, you're reading this on an American website and this very web which has changed the world is based upon US technology...

We've had 40 straight manufacturing trade deficits since the petrodollar scheme was fully implemented, and 30 straight services trade deficits since 1985. The petrodollar is a curse for the middle class and democracy, but a blessing for the parasitic financial sector.
The slow death of the petrodollar is a good thing. Good riddance to it.

Bullshit look what happened to the BRICS nations who decided to open a bank like the federal reserve or the world bank where they would be using a non dollar currency, After the decision Russia is facing heavy economic sanctions and the situation in Ukraine, Brazil and south Africa's economy is down in the dumps unemployment in these 2 nations are very high, recently the Chinese and Indian economies took a massive hit and growth slowdown, bringing down the dollar is not so easy as some people think, America will remain a superpower.

Hopefully Trump is really going to do what he says he's going to do and drain the swamp of the deep state shadow government. He also needs to find a peaceful transition from the petrodollar without being assassinated by the same people who killed the Kennedys.

America became great because it was good, if America ceases to be good, it ceases to be great.

That´s why they killed Gaddafi because he wanted to sell his oil with a gold dinar.
And that´s why they now try to kill Assad!
